    Clear contract and terms

Also information about your rights to cancel and all other applicable terms and conditions. Only an official contract in writing can be agreed upon and you will never be asked to pay a deposit before you have signed a contract.

     

    Post installation service
    Following installation and before leaving yoru premises, you will be shown how to operate your EV chargepoint and provided with all related product documentation. We will also notify, and providing subsequent evidence of notification with, the relevant District Network Opertaor (DNO) of your EV chargepoint installation. We will provide you with product warranty and workmanship warranty (which includes trading protection), plus a termed period during which you will have redress should any workmanship related or product problems arise.
